To help you with any planning decisions, we'll assign an event manager who will be your personal contact and can even help with advice about caterers, florists, photographers, specialist cake makers, local DJ's, bar staff and other suppliers. Together you can draw up a personalised plan showing the table layout and position of the dance floor, bar, reception and catering marquees, walkways and loo's to give you an indicative plan of how your event will come together. Your Intents manager will then personally ensure that no stone is let unturned and will work on location to oversee our team of professional and friendly staff to ensure that the end result meets the high standard that Intents Marquees are renowned for and you as our client expect.
